The Reducing Plate fits neatly in the forming area of the Mayku Multiplier, compressing it to A4 or US letter shape. With sheets this size, you may deal with rectangular sheets and have a forming surface of 250 x 180 mm, making it much simpler to find sheets from a variety of suppliers.
Minimise thermoforming negative effects
The Mayku Reducing Plate can eliminate undesirable thermoforming effects like webbing and enables the use of taller tools than with multiplier sheets of the usual size.
Capacity to work with materials beyond 5mm
Different materials require different forming pressures and temperatures. In general, thicker sheets require more pressure to form effectively. The Reducing Plate offers a wide range of thermoforming materials when used together with Custom Mode, allowing the Multiplier to work with materials larger than 5mm while maintaining fine detail.
