Nylon 12 has a variety of properties which make it versatile and suitable for many uses. Firstly, Nylon 12 can be printed at a layer height of 110 microns, therefore complex assemblies can be created from highly detailed prints. The material is biocompatible and sterilisable, meaning it is safe to use with people. Prints can be made from 70% recycled material, making SLS a sustainable process.

With a 171 °C / 340 °F @ 0.45 MPa heat deflection temperature, you can be assured that parts printed with Nylon 12 will be able to withstand high temperature environments with ease.

Nylon 12 is used with a removable build chamber, meaning that as you near the end of one print, you can move swiftly onto the next with ease.
