Printing Tips:

• During printing, pungent odours could be released. Make sure the space where your printer is located is well-ventilated.

• To achieve better printing quality, it is advised to allow the material to dry before usage. The recommended drying conditions are 80 °C for 8 hours in a blast drying oven or 100 °C for 12 hours on a printer’s heatbed.

• When printing large-scale models with high infill densities, ASA filament is prone to warping. To prevent warping 1) It is not advised to print models with high infill densities or sizes that are too huge. 2) Make sure the build plate is securely glued before printing and use enclosure printers. 3) Increase the heatbed temperature while lowering the printing speed.
