Formlabs Polyurethane Resins are designed to withstand extensive testing and perform under stress.
Choose PU Rigid 1000 for stiff, sturdy, and unyielding polyurethane parts that repeatedly tolerate high-stress environments and high impacts.
Polyurethane Resins have a longer workflow requiring additional equipment and set-up costs. More attention is needed when setting up prints and post-processing parts to get consistent, high-quality results.
Supports print resolutions: 100 µm and 50µm on the Form 3(B)(+) and Form 2.

Form Wash Settings
Two minutes in PGDA
Wash PU Rigid 650 Resin parts in Propylene Glycol Diacetate (PGDA). Allow parts to air dry completely. Accelerate drying by using an air compressor or a N-Butyl Acetate wash.
Cure Settings
Utilize a Humidity Cure Chamber for the period of time indicated for your material and part thickness, at minimum a few days.
