    Demo Printer – Markforged X7

This is an ex display Markforged X7 and therefore is for sale at 10% off the RRP.

    Continuous filament fabrication:

CFF technology which is made by the combination of two materials; a base material with chopped high stretgth fibres and a continuous layer of high strength filament.

Each material adds desirable mechanical properties, including stregth & durability but can include temperature or chemical resistance. The unique fabrication method enables you to print parts which are as strong as Aluminium and far stronger than normal 3D printed objects.

    Exterior Shell:

The exterior of Markforged X7 is made up of Onyx plastic, which is the world’s most capable plastic for 3D printing. It is designed to combine the toughness and durability of Nylon with the strength of composites and dimensional stability.

    Unique Interior Reinforcement:

Markforged Printed parts are unique continuous carbon fibre parts which are stronger than 6061 Aluminium, 40% lighter and they can stand up to the toughest applications. These are perfect to manufacture jaws, tooling, and end-use parts.

    Built-in Laser:

To ensure dimensional accuracy for the most critical tolerances, laser inspection scans the print bed with 1µm accuracy. It also ensures reliable performance with breakthrough quality and precision time after time.

    Usability:

The Markforged X7 has a 4.3-inch touch screen with Cloud-connected software which offers an incredibly user-friendly interface. Material run-out detection plus material usage tracking, helps in monitoring and reduction of waste.

    Eiger Software:

This printer has Eiger software which is the world’s most advanced 3D printing software. It enables the users to print plastic, metal, and composite parts straight from the browsers to your printer.

    Other Qualities:

    The build volume of Markforged X7 is 330 × 270 × 200mm with a weight of 48 kg and a resolution of 50µm.
