Flexible
Flexible 80A Resin produces parts which return to their original shape after being compressed, bent or stretched. Flexible Resin 80A has an elongation 1.5 times higher than Flexible Resin, meaning it can be withstand more vigorous bending.
Stronger
Flexible 80A Resin has a higher tensile strength and improved compression set to the Flexible Resin. Although the material is more flexible, it is also stronger and can bear a greater load.
Easier to use
Flexible 80A Resin is easier to use than it’s older version. The resin has an improved printability, 3 times smaller support touchpoints and half the cure time. Parts can be printed quicker, cure faster and produced with less support marks.
Mechanical Properties
The newer Flexible 80A Resin is more suitable for industrial uses. It has an improved tear strength by more than 100% and it can withstand more flexing cycles before it breaks or permanently deforms.
Colour
The Flexible 80A Resin produces parts to have a clear appearance. Products can be produced to be see-through or show visible internal channels.
Uses
Common uses: Handles, grips, over moulds, seals, gaskets, masks and cartilage, tendon and ligament anatomy.
