Brose have rigorously analysed the benefits of the Fuse 1, their testing team have left no stone unturned. The Fuse 1 was given a glowing report due to it’s ease of use, industrial like performance and user-friendly ability.
After a car model becomes retired, automotive suppliers have a duty to supply spare parts, and to allow customers to continue using their car. Traditionally, suppliers would have to create the spare parts and store them until they are needed.
Brose wants to use the Fuse 1 as an on-demand production tool for customers needing spare parts, only producing the parts once is demanded. The company will save thousands in storage and won’t run the risk of over/under producing.
The process can create high-quality parts that are similar to injection moulding and more environmental friendly.
